These General Terms govern the sales relationship between Vacan de Mar and customers who purchase products through the Website.
2. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern the purchase of physical products (squid jigs and other fishing lures) offered by Vacan de Mar to final consumers in Spain and the rest of the European Union through www.vacandemar.es, and, on a supplementary basis, occasional physical sales (fairs, events).
3. Acceptance of the terms
Placing an order implies that the customer has read and fully accepts these Terms without reservation. The customer will expressly tick the acceptance box before confirming the order.
4. Purchase process
The process consists of selecting products, entering shipping and billing details, choosing shipping and payment methods, reviewing the order summary and confirming the order. After payment, Vacan de Mar will send an email confirming the order details.
5. Prices, taxes and shipping costs
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable indirect taxes (e.g. VAT). Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout, before confirmation.
6. Payment methods
The payment methods indicated on the Website from time to time are accepted (for example, bank card or secure payment platform). Vacan de Mar does not store card details; they are handled by the payment provider.
7. Shipping and delivery
Vacan de Mar ships to Spain and the European Union. Delivery times are indicative and are shown during checkout. If the stated delivery period cannot be met, the customer will be informed and may choose to wait, change the product or receive a refund, subject to applicable law.
8. Returns, withdrawal and warranty

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
